Captain Anthony Hewitt is a third generation Galveston Bay fishing guide with over 20 years of experience in the Galveston Bay Complex. Capt. Anthony is certified and trained by the United States Coast Guard. His rank in the Merchant Marine division is Master and he is enlisted as Active Duty. He is certified and has training in First Aide, CPR and AED providing peace of mind while you are on the water. He has first hand knowledge and experience with in shore and off shore fishing. Capt. Anthony is a full time resident in the Galveston area and he offers year round fishing in the morning, afternoon or night. Capt. Anthony enjoys fishing the bays or the marsh for speckled trout, red fish, flounder, sheepsheads & drum and the off shore waters for snapper, cobia, shark or BIG GAR which is his specialty.

Capt. Anthony offers half day, full day or night trips year around. During the hot days of summer he offers night trips fishing the lights in Galveston Bay. This is an enjoyable and exciting experience to land a HUGE trout, red fish or BIG GAR and beat the heat! Common questions that are asked. What will I need to bring with me? Capt. Anthony will provide everything you will need to have a great day on the water. Lodging also available. Here is what is recommended for you to bring. Any medication needed, cooler for your catch, sun glasses, sun screen or any special snacks or food that you want. Water, snacks and sodas will be provided at no additional cost. Upon return to the dock, Capt. Anthony will also clean your catch and place them in your cooler. Capt. Anthony has also partnered up with a local shelter in the event you want to donate your fish.

23 FT. SEA HUNT BOAT

His boat is a 23ft Sea Hunt with a new 200 HP Yamaha with all state of the art electronics. The boat is a deep V boat providing a smooth and easy ride in all conditions and has a T-top. The Sea Hunt is roomy, super clean & has wetsounds with bluetooth speakers. The Sea Hunt is a kid friendly boat with high sides for added peace of mind. He also uses his smaller boat for the back lakes and bayous in West Bay, when the fish are more abundant in those areas.
